11/14/11 - Stevens Construction Inc. has been awarded the contract for a 30,640-square-foot remodel and addition at Suncoast Beverage Sales, located at 2996 Hanson St. in Fort Myers. Stevens Construction will convert the existing drive-thru to a chilled warehouse. The project also includes removing the existing 2,880-square-foot draught cooler and building a new 5,969-square-foot cooler. Additionally, Stevens Construction is expanding the current metal building by 4,424-square-feet to accommodate four new loading docks. Scheduled to begin in early December, Burt Hill/Pollock Krieg Architects, Inc. is providing the design. With offices in Fort Myers and Orlando, Fla., Stevens Construction specializes in providing construction management, general contracting and consulting services to clients and design professionals.
